Warehouse Associate/Driver - Part-Time - Tommy Hilfiger

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Warehouse Associate/Driver is integral to the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position encompasses the receiving and processing of inventory, ensuring timely replenishment to retail locations, managing expenses and shortages, and assisting in the recruitment and training of warehouse personnel. Additionally, this role involves the prompt delivery of products to and from stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute timely deliveries of products to and from retail locations.
  • Serve as the designated driver for transportation between the warehouse and retail stores.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and security at all times, including adherence to traffic laws and company policies.
  • Foster effective communication and relationships with store management.

PERSONNEL EXPECTATIONS

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Adhere to the warehouse dress code policy.
  • Collaborate as part of a team to achieve warehouse objectives.
  • Exhibit flexibility in working hours as assigned by management.
  • Communicate any concerns to management promptly.
  • Support all company and management directives.

OPERATIONAL DUTIES

  • Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Participate in the Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
  • Maintain productivity in processing shipments, conducting inventory counts, and managing price changes.
  • Follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations as mandated by local authorities.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Maintain current ITS documentation.
  • Capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds for loading and unloading tasks.
  • Comply with DOT regulations and physical requirements as necessary.

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $18.55. PVH provides base salary ranges for all positions based on local requirements. Individual compensation will be determined by various relevant factors, including qualifications and geographic location. PVH is dedicated to offering a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive insurance and RRSP-matching contributions for eligible associates.
