About the Role

Rove Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Identify, label, and catalogue items received, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, tool room, and supply area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to internal teams, and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Materials Handling: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock movements to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
