Job Summary

Noura Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, staff, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
