We're seeking a Technical Analyst to join our Winnipeg Head Office team. As a member of the Service Desk team, you'll be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and documentation of Richardson delivered systems.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing system
* Supporting Microsoft 365 product suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune), Windows 10/11, MacOS, smartphones, tablets, printers, security cameras, IoT, VOIP, ISP, etc.
* Collaborating with other development and support groups within Information Technology
* Participating in various projects as assigned
* Inventory management of company assets

Requirements include:

* Understanding of firewalls, VPN, and basic networking concepts
* Knowledge of PowerShell (considered an asset)
* Valid class 5 driver's license
