Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trust Electrical. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
- Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
