Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Professor of Nursing to join our faculty at Humber College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing curriculum, designing and revising courses, creating an effective learning environment, and teaching and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum for nursing programs
  • Design and revise courses to meet the needs of students and the profession
  • Create an innovative and engaging learning environment that fosters student success
  • Teach and assess student progress, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and institutional goals
  • Participate in committees and associations related to nursing education
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum graduate degree in Nursing, preferably a PhD in nursing or working towards obtaining one. You must be a Registered Nurse and a member in good standing of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
