Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  1. Education and Certification: Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma in health or social services, and Administrator's Certification (minimum 100 hours of instruction time completed or enrolled).
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the health or social services sector, or equivalent experience in another industry.
  3. Skills and Qualities: Demonstrated effective leadership, communication, and comprehension skills; passion for helping others; excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills; fluency in English and French (an asset); customer-focused attitude; ability to generate creative solutions; knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety practices and legislation; and sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and applicable legislation.
