Restaurant Operations Manager

At Yunshang Rice Noodle Waterloo, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to implement effective operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
- Employee Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Or equivalent experience
Working Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
