We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Inverary Manor. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential and maintain their independence.
Responsibilities:- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our residents.
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive skills.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
