Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at H+ Day Spa Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
  • Providing Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and basic bookkeeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
