Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at H+ Day Spa Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

Our Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience. They will direct clients to the appropriate service areas and ensure a smooth flow of clients throughout the day.

Providing Information and Assistance

The Spa Receptionist will provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions about services, pricing, and policies.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

Our Spa Receptionist will schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that clients are aware of their scheduled services and any necessary preparations.

Managing Client Records

The Spa Receptionist will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including appointment schedules, payments, and any issues that may arise.

Performing Administrative Tasks

Our Spa Receptionist will perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution, to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
