We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at H+ Day Spa Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and direct them to our service areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients and the public, showcasing our spa's amenities and services.
- Process client information and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage client payments and maintain accurate records, upholding our spa's high standards of service.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and bookkeeping, to support our team's efforts.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
