  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, send invoices, and maintain accurate records.
