Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Quesada Burritos and Tacos is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring staff to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves standing for extended periods, walking, and a combination of sitting and standing.
