Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Cafe La Reine Ltd. is seeking a reliable and efficient Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
