Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to support our marketing initiatives at S I Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and effective marketing communications across various channels.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing global customer-first marketing strategies, ensuring that creative and media agency resources are aligned to support global and divisional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to provide full-funnel channel measurement and optimization.
  • Make recommendations based on key learnings for channel optimizations, including email triggers, resolving customer pain points, and integrating new vendors and omnichannel opportunities.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and demonstrate a commitment to our company values: accountability, passion, integrity, and respect.
  • Direct day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with our company's risk culture and risk appetite statement and limits.
  • Create an environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations in accordance with our company's values, code of conduct, and global sales principles while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.
  • Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates your team by fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with business partners to facilitate a collaborative working environment where learnings from one team can be easily applied to another.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience with digital marketing platforms such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • 3+ years' experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team.
  • 2+ years of experience with an email platform migration.
  • 1 year of experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint).
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • French and/or Spanish language skills are preferred.
