Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Ground worker to join our team at Genics. As a Ground worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to ground maintenance and utility work in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities- Move tools, equipment, and other materials to and from work sites.
- Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas.
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
- Hold stakes during surveying activities.
As a Ground worker, you will be working outdoors in rural areas, often in remote locations. You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and may be exposed to physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- Physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Group insurance benefits.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 40 hours per week.
