Job Opportunity for Experienced Painters and Decorators

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team at Quo Painting Ltd.

About the Job
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Construction, Commercial, Industrial, Maintenance, Residential, Repair, Various locations
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of painters and decorators
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects
  • Recommend personnel actions and recruit new team members
  • Train or arrange for training of team members
  • Prepare and apply paint, wallpaper, and finishes
  • Erect scaffolding and attach rigging
  • Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in painting and decorating
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Hard hat
  • Safety glasses/goggles
