Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Philthy Philly Cheesesteak and Poutinerie. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery or pickup
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a well-stocked and organized kitchen
  • Take customers' orders and provide accurate and friendly service
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and tidy dining area
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment with overtime required
  • Repetitive tasks and physical demands of the job
  • Team player with initiative and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
