Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Scientist to join our In Vivo Pharmacology team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing in vivo immuno-oncology efficacy and PK/PD experiments. You will work closely with project team members to oversee all aspects of study management, including regulatory documentation and protocol updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and execute in vivo immuno-oncology efficacy and PK/PD experiments
  • Manage studies with internal and external contract research organizations
  • Support animal research associates with animal handling, dosing, and sample collection
  • Perform administrative tasks, including regulatory documentation and protocol updates
  • Organize and perform pharmacodynamic evaluation of immune cell function using flow cytometry, histology, and MSD assays
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop new in vivo models
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and scientific guidance to junior staff
  • Summarize and present results to supervisors and project teams
Requirements
  • PhD in immunology, pharmacology, cancer biology, or a related scientific discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with rodents or a BSc with 5 years of related experience
  • Expertise in running xenograft, syngeneic, or humanized mouse tumor models
  • Proficient in animal handling, dosing, and sample collection
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
