About the Role

We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead the solution implementation process from end to end. You will work with customers to gather and verify requirements, configure the solution, and train their team to increase adoption.

Responsibilities

As an Implementation Consultant, you will:

  • Lead implementations and work with customers to uncover their pain points and suggest relevant SuiteSpot solutions
  • Create engagement by managing communication with clients and stakeholders and building meaningful relationships with key contacts
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development
  • Provide technical support and ongoing configuration maintenance support for customer accounts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The consultant approach, with a passion for connecting customers with the technology they need to solve problems
  • Technical skills, including experience with JavaScript and MongoDb and editing configuration files
  • Interpersonal skills, including exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • A growth mindset, with a natural curiosity and drive to research answers and adapt to setbacks
