About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team at TAX IT 4 ME INC. As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our tax team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support our tax operations.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the private sector or consulting firm.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
