Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pearson's Your Independent Grocer. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals, manage budgets, and implement visual merchandising displays.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
