Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at U V CONN INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
  • Experience in consulting services, electrical and electronic equipment, and telecommunications equipment and services
  • Basic security clearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
