Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Shri Balaji Inc. as a permanent employee.

Job Description:

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, preparing sales or other contracts, promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, developing reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service, delivering sales presentations, preparing and administering sales contracts, providing input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs, consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, training customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, and providing clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment
  • Prepare sales or other contracts
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and flexibility
Work Environment:

The Technical Sales Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The working hours are 35 hours per week.
