About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at JMK MAHAL RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus for special events and daily operations, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Food Preparation and Cooking

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations, and provide training and guidance as needed.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires standing for extended periods
