Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales territory in Western Quebec, providing customer support and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales territory in Western Quebec, including developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide customer support and technical assistance to customers, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building trust and credibility with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to management on how to stay competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the industrial sector, preferably with a focus on bearings and power transmission products.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
