Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods including cash, credit or debit cards, and travelers' cheques.
  • Articulate menu offerings, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain accurate cash balances and document sales transactions.
  • Ensure cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Welcome guests, provide menus, offer recommendations, and respond to inquiries regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Technical Skills

Familiarity with **point of sale systems** is essential for this role.
