We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.
Responsibilities- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliability and punctuality
This role will be based in our restaurant, where you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeYou will be required to use a point of sale system to process transactions and manage orders.
