Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Server to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, or room billings
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
    • Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Point of Sale and Cash Handling
    • Balance cash and record sales
  • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain tables, trays, and chairs
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other servers and restaurant staff to ensure a smooth service
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized
    • Reliable
    • Team player
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
