Job Title: Regional Director

Accreditation Canada International is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our team in the West Provinces. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines, and providing leadership and direction to our Client organizations & Reporting teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional plans and growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Client organizations & Reporting teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Strong transformative leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Strategic, innovative mindset and ability to champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in health systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, consensus-building, and negotiation.
