Reporting directly to the Director of Care, the Clinical Practice Supervisor excels in communication and teamwork with colleagues, interdisciplinary groups, and families.
Responsibilities encompass consulting, educating, and practicing. The Clinical Practice Supervisor contributes to the provision of high-quality patient care and upholds professional nursing standards. Key activities include nursing practice assessment and enhancement, quality improvement initiatives, staff evaluations, and various leadership functions.Work Schedule: Day shifts, 07:00 to 17:00 (Rotating)
