Job Summary:


Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our client services team, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or client services role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
