About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist will work collaboratively with the sales team to meet the needs of our customers. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a great experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create technical and photo documents to support sales efforts
  • Monitor lead times with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer support to meet customer needs
  • Assist with reception duties and provide administrative support
  • Stay informed about new products and services through ongoing training
  • Demonstrate a curious and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Bilingual French/English language skills
  • Strong team spirit and positive attitude
