- Facility Maintenance: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures, elevators, and other areas.
- Guest Interaction: Attend to guests' requests for additional supplies and provide basic information about hotel facilities.
- Laundry Services: Launder clothing and household linens, mend as necessary.
- General Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings; clean changing rooms and showers.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The role is physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and the ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
