Senior Regulatory Stress Testing Forecast Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Stress Testing Forecast Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the forecast methodology and assumptions of our TBSM US Investment Portfolio Forecast, including volume, NII, Mark-to-market and AOCI. This role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure reasonable forecast results in the stress testing scenarios prescribed by regulatory and enterprise stress testing program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop forecast methodologies and capabilities for Investment Portfolio in regulatory stress test including DFAST, EWST, and MST (Macro Stress Test)
- Oversee Stress Test execution for a successful results delivery per program playbook
- Review Investment Forecast Results and analysis, prepare presentation deck and present to senior management
- Create / Update Investment Forecast Aggregation Model document, including develop and justifying non-quantitative assumptions used in the stress test forecast
- Review/update stress test process flow, establish strong process control, maintain control evidence
- Maintain up-to-date Whitepaper and Documentation on methodology, assumptions, and results interpretation
- Conduct or assist ad-hoc analysis for business partners and senior management, identify results trend and drivers
- Develop and maintain strong business relationship during day-to-day interaction with US Liquidity, ALM, Investment, Modeling, Technology and Governance Teams
- Stay current with evolving BAU risk management paradigm at high level, including TBSM Investment Strategy, ALM hedge paradigm and Liquidity consideration
- Strong knowledge in capital market product, Fixed Income and Derivatives
- Experience with Stress Testing, Treasury, or Market Risk is preferred
- Experience (5Y +) with capital market, financial instruments, derivatives, market risk valuation
- Experience with query (SQL) and large quantity of data retrieval and analysis is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A highly analytical person with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and with ability to think conceptually
- Minimum undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar fields
- Accounting or Finance designation (CFA, FRM, CMA, etc.) is considered as an asset
