Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Stress Testing Forecast Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing the forecast methodology and assumptions of our TBSM US Investment Portfolio Forecast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain forecast methodologies and capabilities for Investment Portfolio in regulatory stress test scenarios.
  • Oversee Stress Test execution to ensure successful results delivery per program playbook.
  • Review and analyze Investment Forecast Results, prepare presentation decks, and present to senior management.
  • Create and update Investment Forecast Aggregation Model documents, including developing and justifying non-quantitative assumptions used in stress test forecasts.
  • Review and update stress test process flows, establish strong process controls, and maintain control evidence.
  • Maintain up-to-date Whitepapers and documentation on methodology, assumptions, and results interpretation.
  • Conduct or assist ad-hoc analysis for business partners and senior management, identify results trends and drivers.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with US Liquidity, ALM, Investment, Modeling, Technology, and Governance Teams.
  • Stay current with evolving BAU risk management paradigms at a high level, including TBSM Investment Strategy, ALM hedge paradigms, and Liquidity considerations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of capital market products, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
  • Experience with Stress Testing, Treasury, or Market Risk is preferred.
  • Experience (5+ years) with capital markets, financial instruments, derivatives, market risk valuation.
  • Experience with query (SQL) and large quantities of data retrieval and analysis is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly analytical person with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to think conceptually.
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar fields.
  • Accounting or Finance designation (CFA, FRM, CMA, etc.) is considered an asset.
