Senior Stress Testing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stress Testing Manager to join our team at Equitable Bank. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of stress testing programs to ensure the bank's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement stress testing programs to assess the bank's financial risk and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, risk management teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on stress testing methodologies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain stress testing models and tools to support risk assessment and decision-making.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of stress testing results to identify areas for improvement and optimize risk management strategies.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in stress testing, risk management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading stress testing programs and developing risk management strategies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
