Senior Stress Testing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stress Testing Manager to join our team at Equitable Bank. As a key member of our Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of stress testing programs to ensure the bank's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Stress Scenarios and Modeling
- Design and develop stress testing scenarios to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the bank's financial position.
- Develop and maintain financial models to simulate stress testing scenarios and analyze results.
- Enterprise-Wide Stress Testing
- Lead the development and implementation of the bank's enterprise-wide stress testing program, including the design and development of stress testing scenarios and models.
- Ensure that the bank's stress testing program aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Regulatory Stress Testing
- Coordinate and support the bank's regulatory stress testing requirements, including the development of stress testing scenarios and models.
- Provide expertise and guidance to the bank's risk management team on stress testing and regulatory requirements.
- ICAAP Stress Testing
- Support the development and implementation of the bank's ICAAP stress testing program, including the design and development of stress testing scenarios and models.
- Ensure that the bank's ICAAP stress testing program aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership and guidance to the bank's risk management team on stress testing and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the bank's risk management team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform stress testing and regulatory requirements.
- Education
- Post-secondary education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in stress testing, portfolio analytics, enterprise risk management, finance, or economic research.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading teams and enterprise initiatives with successful execution and delivery.
- Skills
- Exceptional knowledge in stress testing, economics, credit risk, finance, and liquidity.
- Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and provide viable options and recommendations to support effective decision-making.
