Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at the Ottawa Airport. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of flights by providing exceptional customer service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist passengers with airport procedures and provide information on flight schedules and travel requirements.
- Ensure that all flights are ready for secure and on-time departures by performing various tasks related to airport operations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.30.
