Job SummaryWe're seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work with utmost professionalism, and contribute to our mission of helping people.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer interactions, including walk-ins and calls
- Support the Commercial Insurance Account Executive in their duties
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on insurance matters
- Process and manage commercial paperwork
- Assist with quotes, review existing coverage, and update customer files
- Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients
- Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate with underwriters on behalf of customers
- High school and/or post-secondary education
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment
- Commercial insurance experience is an asset
- RIBO license is an asset
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
