Customer Service Liaison

As a Customer Service Representative at Wesco International, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments as necessary to ensure seamless resolution.
- Process purchase orders, track, and report customer data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate invoices for customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College Diploma preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS Office Suite.
