Action Furnace Inc. - Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Action Furnace Inc. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the residential HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our HVAC solutions and communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless installations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive mindset.
