BIM and Digital Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM and Digital Engineering IDD Manager to join our team at Aecon Group Inc.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based in Toronto, Ontario, with travel required throughout Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of BIM and digital engineering across project disciplines, including design, estimating, planning, and construction.
- Provide leadership, support, and coordination across technical work streams, from design to construction.
- Ensure delivery of BIM and GIS in accordance with Aecon's IDD BIM-related processes and procedures.
- Manage the link between client BIM representatives, consultant BIM teams, and Aecon's BIM team.
- Ensure BIM requirements support digital integration across all project functions.
- Validate information models in accordance with ISO 19650 and the Institute for BIM in Canada toolkit.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience.
- 2-3 years' experience in large infrastructure BIM implementation.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650/Institute of BIM in Canada).
- Experience with model federation platforms (Assemble Systems, Navisworks, Bentley Navigator).
- Implementation of Common Data Environments (ProjectWise, Aconex).
- Detailed understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards.
- Working knowledge of EHS regulations.
- Experience across all stages of a project lifecycle.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.
- $110,000 to $125,000 annually.
- 37.5 hours/week.
