- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Night Shift Premium: Eligible for night shift premium pay
- Work Term: Permanent position
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 37.5 to 40 hours per week
