Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Denny's in Napanee, Ontario, Canada. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with leadership/operations experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
