Accounting Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at LLN Partners LLP. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management, preferably in an accounting firm.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
