As a vital member of the Loyalty Marketing Campaigns and Loyalty & Retention Team, the Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying new avenues and strategies to bolster customer loyalty and reduce churn. This position involves proactively analyzing customer behavior to predict potential cancellations and devising effective retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, from initial targeting and segmentation analysis to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pricing, Marketing Communications, and Business Intelligence, to implement campaigns across various channels such as SMS, email, social media, online platforms, IVR messages, and outbound calls.
  • Conduct pilot programs to assess different offer values, segmentation strategies, and communication tactics to determine the most effective approaches.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of specific customer segments to identify key churn drivers and propose actionable solutions, presenting findings to executive stakeholders for approval.
  • Design and administer customer surveys to gather insights on relevant topics, compiling results to inform future strategies and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient project management and organizational abilities, with a knack for influencing others.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, capable of analyzing data and articulating clear insights.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in analytics and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, and SQL.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a large organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

This position is categorized as Management and is a Regular Full-Time role. The work arrangement is Hybrid, requiring candidates to be based in Canada and report to a designated Bell office for a minimum of three days a week.
