Job Summary
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our corporate and gaming environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software equipment and issues.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop/laptop applications, systems, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other team members and functional stakeholders to provide support and technology solutions.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in an IT Support role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and experience with project implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN Networking, user/group setup, LAN security setup, TCP/IP Internetworking, routing and switching management, PC and server hardware installations and repairs, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, and MS Active Directory.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Office and casino environments.
- Postures vary throughout the day.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals and to repair equipment.
- Ability to physically inspect equipment on location.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
