We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our vibrant kitchen at DOSA TWIST. This role involves preparing authentic South Indian dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Educational Requirements

The successful candidate will work in a restaurant setting, characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with specific dietary needs, including food allergies.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee kitchen personnel and assist in their recruitment and hiring.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
